EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Installation & Commissioning 
In this role you are assigned to large onshore projects with full accountability for delivery, utilising your skilled leadership and organisational skills to deliver on the overall commissioning package. To achieve your goals in this role, high levels of enthusiasm and team motivation with a positive attitude are 'must-haves'. It's important to remain optimistic and encouraging in even the most difficult and complex situations and circumstances. 
Throughout commissioning you will be required to provide regular project reviews to the project management team. Open collaboration is an essential craft to convey throughout the project and should always be clear and concise. Communication to project stakeholders in spirit of simplicity is essential to maintain company and customer value.

 

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Project HSE manager on HSE plans and incident management, demonstrating visible leadership and commitment ensuring great HSE performance through application and achievement of the HSE plan, relevant standards, milestones, goals and local requirements
  • Liaise with the Project Planner on setting understandable planning and agreeing daily progress reports to ensure the critical path schedule remains on track
  • Liaise with the Project Finance controller on budget control levels
  • Liaise with the Contract Manager on understanding and compliance of the contract and agree on risk and opportunities management
  • Liaise with the Project Quality manager on the project quality plan ensuring the commissioning test plan is integrated and all Non-conformance reporting procedures are established and managed
  • Liaise with the Lead Commissioning Site Managers on site execution management, ensuring all levels of planning, preparation and execution activities have undergone extreme diligence and the appropriate disciplines, processes, procedures and systems are ready for commissioning
  • Timely procurement of the correct level of resources, tools, spare parts and equipment are sourced and maintained accordingly throughout commissioning
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder interface management with Installation and Service where their success affects commissioning and vice versa

 

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level and hold qualified experience in project execution and commissioning management and rather 3 to 5 years in the wind sector, however not essential, as all sectors will be considered.
  • Multi-discipline engineering experience and exposure with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are considered essential for this position.
  • Professional understanding and experience in contract management.
  • Promote and maintain high levels of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
  • Enhanced levels of customer relations focus and satisfaction.
  • Enhanced levels of process, procedures, policy and systems understanding, combined with the ability to fast adapt and change when required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and project management skills are essential (e.g., IPMA, PMI)

Additional information
Primary Location – Aarhus, Dk.
You will be required to travel around  80 days.
