The Vestas' People & Culture organisation is responsible for building Vestas' capacity to attract, develop and retain the industry's best workforce by partnering with the business to deliver high quality enabling HR tools, coaching and promote a value based WE culture.

 

Vestas P&C Business Services, P&C Consultancy combines core HR disciplines into an internal consultancy function enabling strategic organizational development and change management across Vestas. The purpose of P&C Business Services, P&C Consultancy is to act as the Vestas center of expertise within Change & Transformation management. P&C consultants have both a leading and driving role in strategic projects as well as an obligation to developing and enabling leaders across Vestas.

 

Responsibilities
During your internship in our P&C Consultancy department, you are part of a team of senior consultants, that coaches and advises business leaders, with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, in order to help them succeed and deliver sustainable business results. You will support the team and participate in the preparation, coordination and implementation of large-scale strategic initiatives across Vestas.

 

Qualifications

  • Master's degree student, preferably within advanced studies in the field of economics, psychology or in a related field of studies
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Be enrolled at a Danish University
