Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > SERV OFS PMO & Process Improvement
The Project Management Office (PMO) is a function within Operations Development in Vestas Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Offshore Service. We support our offshore windfarms with the processes and systems they need to carry out daily operations whilst collaborating with the wider organisation.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices
- Governance to ensure adherence to processes
- Provide support and problem-solving assistance
Qualifications
To meet the expectations of the role, we believe that you bring the following experience:
- Educational background in Business/Engineering/Organizational field or equivalent experience from working operationally with processes
- Significant experience in refining and optimizing operational workflows
- Skilled in analytical and problem-solving tasks
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration
- Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English

Additional information
The position will be based out of one of our offices in either Aarhus, Denmark, Warrington, UK or Hamburg, Germany.
