Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition from Data products to an enterprise Data Domain Structure that maximize value through reliable and reusable data sets, ensuring alignment with business objective and enhancing data accessibility across the organization
  • Grow and mature new data mesh capabilities 
  • Ensure alignment across data quality and governance, platform & technology as well as business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data & BI, Software Development, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of leading teams in multicultural environment, of high diversity
  • Experienced in developing digital products, software development
  • Experience in business intelligence: Analytics, Data Mesh
  • Vast knowledge of Information Modeling and data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Lake
  • Profit and Loss (P&L) management experience 
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and/or previous scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is a plus
