Region NCE > Contract, Costing & Bid Management > Operations Logistics Offshore
As an Aviation Coordinator you will be part of the specialist department Operation Logistics Offshore department dealing with aviation, ports, crew transfer, accommodation and walk to work vessels in Northern and Central Europe.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned and ad-hoc crew change and hoist flights with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Oversee existing contracts to ensure all parties adhere to agreed conditions
- Conduct analyses to understand the total operational costs, research and compare rates, and ensure Vestas secures competitive pricing
- Align cost distribution and Purchase orders with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Internal reporting on supplier performance
- Support drone operations roll out
Qualifications
- Experience in Aviation operations is valuable. People with good coordination skills and willingness to learn will be considered as well
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Readiness to travel 50+ days per year to different sites within Europe

- Advanced analytical capabilities, effective prioritization, and decision-making skills when faced with difficulties
- Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and organizations
- Skilled in managing high-pressure demands and able to work with level of uncertainty
- Demonstrated initiative and readiness to engage effectively in offshore activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Aarhus, Denmark but we can consider also Hamburg, London and Ijmuiden as a location. You should expect min. 50 days per year of travelling, mainly within Europe.
