Then apply for the role in Vestas as Adoption Specialist to facilitate user adoption, develop the discipline across our Product-led teams, and improve outcome focused targets across digital solutions. 

 

Digital Solutions & Development > Digital Solutions > Change & Adoption CoE

You will become part of our Change & Adoption CoE (Center of Enablement) that owns, develops, and promotes DS' digital change & adoption methodology, providing frameworks and best practices across Digital Solutions. As a CoE, we consult, coach, and collaborate with product areas and teams to address change needs and facilitate adoption with the outcome in mind.

 

Responsibilities

  • Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions and workshops on digital adoption and change management
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide support 
  • Adoption Metrics: Provide sparring and support on adoption metrics, to ensure that Product Teams themselves can track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with different departments to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions and adoption strategies
  • Facilitation & consulting: Drive alignment & decisions through questioning techniques to help teams align digital adoption initiatives with business needs and objectives

 

Qualifications
We believe you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience in change management, design thinking, or product discovery; experience within a digital environment is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, Digital Transformation, or a related field
  • Ability to analyze adoption trends, identify areas for improvement, and define actionable steps. Comfortable with data analysis tools to measure adoption and support data-driven decision-making
  • Strong presentation & training skills for conducting training sessions, facilitating workshops, and engaging with various stakeholders. Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Experience in project management, including coordinating with different departments and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proactive attitude and drive: A proactive approach to identify potential challenges and address them before they become problems. Take initiative and drive improvements in the adoption process. Strong drive and a can-do attitude to "sell" the adoption concept & approach
  • Empathy and strong collaboration skills: Understanding the challenges users face during the adoption process and providing support accordingly. Ability to build relationships and work effectively with various teams
  • Attention to detail: Ability to accurately measure adoption metrics, analyze data, and ensure all aspects of the adoption process are covered

Additional information 
Your primary workplace will be in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark, with close collaboration across locations.
