CSM Strategy is a team of skilled colleagues that are supporting the Service Organization across Nordics, UK/IRE, Benelux and Poland. We are now looking for a Documentation coordinator to join our growing team. The role is part of the CSM Operations team that is a key function in handling Documentation, Invoicing, Master Data and Credit Controlling. The Documentation Coordinator will be a crucial addition to the department and will handle multiple documentation related matters. 

Responsibilities
This role will work closely together with the Documentation Controllers as well as other members of the CSM departmentand several other internal stakeholders.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include, but is not excluded to

  • Making sure that all documentation requirements are delivered to the customer portal
  • Handling /monitoring As Is Structure
  • Handling /monitoring As build documentation
  • Participate in and facilitate support during the HOTS (hand over to service) process
  • Ensure documentation correctness  
  • Support the Documentation Controller in various daily tasks
     

Qualifications
To meet the expectations of this role, we believe that you bring the following experience

  • Work experience from administrative tasks at multiple levels and with a wide range of complexity; used to maintaining structures, seek and compile information, assess and make prioritizations etc.   
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • High-level skills in MS Office, mainly Excel
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English is required, good understanding of one of the Nordic languages is valued

The position will be based out of our Northen Europe regional head office in Malmö, Sweden, where other main stakeholders and team members are located.
