Vestas Northern & Central Europe is a sales business unit that covers Scandinavia, the UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux, and Eastern Europe. We handle Sales, Project, Installation, and Service of wind farms across these regions. Our goal is to be the distinguished business unit within Vestas and to make Vestas Northern & Central Europe the best place to work.

Join us as a Documentation Controller. In this role, you will establish the documentation structure according to customer contracts for your assigned projects. You will monitor and coordinate the documentation process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality documentation packages to customers. Additionally, you will be involved in the handover of projects from Construction to our Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Participating in project core teams.
• Identifying customer documentation requirements, including scope, delivery time, format, and country-specific needs.
• Attending customer meetings.
• Supporting the creation, management, and administration of documentation according to regulations and contractual agreements for all installed wind turbines.
• Providing motivated and collaborative support to the project team.
• Ensuring the financial completion of projects.
• Complying with relevant regulations and contractual agreements.
   

Qualifications 

• Commercial or technical education.
• Experienced in a similar role.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Competencies

• Solid communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
• Basic technical knowledge with a focus on commercial and administrative aspects.
• Customer-oriented with solid time management skills.
• Proficient in planning and coordination.
• Responsible, with practical decision-making skills and attention to detail.
• Agile, steady, and team-oriented when working with colleagues.
• High level of safety awareness.

Additional Information

The role will be based in Malmo, Sweden

Expected travel: approximately 10 travel days per year
