Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > North & West Warehouse & Logistics

We are a Warehouse Team of 3 employees located in Umeå. We function as the primary and key interface for Service technicians. In this team our priority is to support our internal customers and make things happen. We value being accessible for our internal customers with scope for delivering on time and with high quality. Responsibilities
As a Team Leader for our warehouse, you can expect to hold the following main responsibilities:

  • Supervising the team and ensuring a safe warehouse and work environment for all employees
  • Maintain a high delivery performance by ensuring that best methods and practices are followed
  • Ensure a lean, effective, and productive warehouse that operates according to established processes in order to ensure a high quality
  • Be an involved part of the team and at times participate in operational tasks and improvement projects

 

Qualifications
We hope that you can identify with the following professional criteria to sufficiently undertake abovementioned responsibilities:

  • Previous Team Leader experience
  • A good understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics from a warehouse perspective
  • SAP knowledge, expertise in Microsoft Office, and hands-on experience with warehousing is highly desired
  • Solid spoken and written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Working with and setting KPI's for the warehouse and team
