The Auxiliary Systems Electrical Engineering team will be a subdepartment of Electrical Engineering NCE consisting of 5 highly experienced and dedicated employees located in Germany and Poland.
We are currently seeking to fill a position to strengthen our Electrical Engineering team in Northern and Central Europe.

 

Your main tasks:

  • Manage the team and set priorities
  • Enable your team to work in a matrix organisation
  • Ensure that regional on- and offshore Service organisations get engineering support on high level
  • Taking part in customer or supplier meetings and seminars to represent the function
  • Ensure technical knowledge is shared between WTG Engineering teams and global engineering functions
  • Ensure continuous development of the team members to maintain highly skilled organisation

 

Your qualification:

  • Bachelor/Master´s or similar degree in Engineering discipline
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams with high customer interactio
  • several years of experience in an engineering function, preferably in wind industry
  • Business economics degree or knowledge is beneficial
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English language, verbally and in writing, skills in German language are beneficial
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Good social skills and cultural understanding since you will work with many stakeholders within NCE region
  • Ability and willingness to travel within NCE region
