Are you skilled in logistics, and want to work on insuring the closure of manufacturing orders? We are looking for a candidate who can keep track on and coordinate the demand plans ensuring we deliver on our production plans, supporting the work for a more sustainable future.

The logistics department in Blades Nakskov is responsible for managing the movement of goods efficiently and effectively. This involves planning, implementing, and controlling the flow of products, information, and services between the point of origin and the point of consumption to meet production requirements. The Logistics department is also responsible for inventory management, transportation coordination, warehousing, packaging, supply chain optimization and planning. The overarching goal is to ensure that the right products are in the right place at the right time delivered with the highest safety and quality standards, while minimizing costs and maximizing customer satisfaction.
 

Responsibilities

  • Transfer overall demand plan to production plan in daily split
  • Making sure the repair of semi-manufactured and final blades are planned according to available capacity
  • Support weekly and monthly closure of Manufacturing orders
  • Validation, maintain and optimize inventory on semi manufactured items
  • Initiate changes and review of bill of materials
  • Ensure that Capacity Request are carried out according to process

 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the wind energy industry
  • Proficiency in using ERP software and other production planning tools
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate complex production plans to various stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate and address potential challenges in the production process
