One Tool Unit >Tools Region EMEA

 

The One tool unit is the provider of tools used for Wind Turbine Generator installation projects across the world. 900 different installation projects in 34 different countries was provided with tools in 2023.

 

Responsibilities

 

In this position you will be responsible for coordinating and solve logistical tasks for the Sales Business Units (SBU's), Construction Tools Hub's (CTH), Global Procurement (GP) and Technology & Service Solutions (TSS) under the overall strategy of Construction Tools.

 

•   Primary tasks are divided within four areas:

•   Handling of customer orders from the individual SBU projects or Service units.

•   Coordinating transportation between Construction Tools Hub and worldwide allocated customer.

•   Control stocks availability and provide solutions to avoid Project stops.

•   Coordination and contact with suppliers

•   Logistic and Technical support to construction sites and service operations

•   Logistic and Technical support to the regional Construction Tools warehouses

 

Qualifications

 

•   Graduate Degree or above in Engineering, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or experience in a similar position at Energy Industry (Wind related)

•   Minimum of 3-5 years related logistical experience in a well-established international company.

•   Experience with project oriented work in a make-to-order environment and understanding the importance of project plans and deadlines 

•   Demonstrated proficiency in following software: SAP (PE01) or equivalent ERP software, SAP Document Management System, Engineering Change Management and Microsoft Office.

•   Good communication skills in English both written and orally
