Construction Onshore is responsible for installing, commissioning and finally the handover of wind farms to our customers. Working closely together with the clients and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficiently and with a high-quality standard.
The Operation Concept & Site Engineering team within the Bid Management department is responsible for the road and hardstand design standards, maintaining the specification, ensuring risk mitigated installation concepts for the region Northern & Central Europe (including East Europe). The team of Site and Civil Engineers supports the Sales and Bid Management team and is working in close contact to our clients.

Responsibilities

As an Expert Operation Concept & Site Engineering, you will have an important part in supporting our team and clients to shape site layouts that meet safety standards, environmental regulations, and economic feasibility. Your responsibilities will span from assessing site documentation to collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring data quality. Additionally, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for transport-related challenges within the windfarm. Your key responsibilities will include:

Site Assessment Management:

• Handle incoming site assessment requests and thoroughly check provided documents
• Ensure fulfillment of preconditions for assessments
• Collaborate with the team to streamline the process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data related to site assessments
• Create comprehensive reports for internal and external use

Remote Site Assessment:

• Evaluate available documentation remotely.
• Assess site complexity based on pre-defined conditions and identify next steps

Transport Subject Matter Expert (SME):

• Address transport-related challenges within the windfarm that require special attention
• Act as the interface towards our transport department and our subcontractors, collaborate with the stakeholders to align concepts
• Simulate internal road infrastructure and logistic area

 
Qualifications

• Technical or Engineering background
• Significant expertise in heavy component handling with actual crane and especially transport technology and road design
• Ability to work with road studies and incorporate findings into project planning
• Experience with managing of construction sites in the onshore wind-energy industry
• Demonstrated skills in using MS-Office, AutoCAD, AutoTURN or comparable simulation software
• Experience with Salesforce is beneficial
• Solid communication abilities in both English and German.
• Driver license class B

Construction Onshore ist für die Installation, die Inbetriebnahme und die endgültige Übergabe von Windparks an unsere Kunden verantwortlich. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden und anderen Beteiligten ist Voraussetzung um  sicher, kosteneffizient und mit einem hohen Qualitätsstandard zu arbeiten.
Das Team Operation Concept & Site Engineering innerhalb der Abteilung Bid Management ist verantwortlich für die Design-Standards der Wege-Infrastruktur und Kranstellflächen, die Einhaltung der Spezifikationen und die Gewährleistung risikominimierter Installationskonzepte für die Region Nord- und Mitteleuropa (einschließlich Osteuropa). Das Expertenteam unterstützt das Vertriebsteam und arbeitet in engem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden.

Verantwortlichkeiten
Als Expert Operation Concept & Site Engineering spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Unterstützung unseres Teams und unserer Kunden bei der Abstimmung zum Windparklayout, welches den Sicherheitsstandards, umweltrechtlichen und kommerziellen Aspekten entspricht . Ihre Aufgaben reichen von der Sicherstellung der richtigen Datenqualität bis zur Bewertung der vorliegenden Dokumentation. Darüber hinaus fungieren Sie als Fachexperte (SME) für verkehrsbezogene Herausforderungen innerhalb des Windparks.
1. Management der Standortbewertung

• Sie bearbeiten eingehende Anträge für Standortbewertungen und führen eine gründliche Prüfung der vorgelegten Unterlagen durch
• Sicherstellen, dass die Voraussetzungen für eine Standortbewertung erfüllt sind
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur effizienten Bearbeitung
• Pflege von Daten im Zusammenhang mit Standortbewertungen
• Erstellung umfassender Berichte für den internen und externen Gebrauch

2. Digitale Bewertung des Standorts

• Bewertung der verfügbaren Dokumentation  mit entsprechender Software
• Bewertung der Komplexität des Standorts auf der Grundlage vordefinierter Bedingungen und Festlegung der nächsten Schritte

3. Experte für Transportfragen (SME)

• Bearbeitung transportbezogener Herausforderungen innerhalb des Windparks, die besondere Aufmerksamkeit erfordern
• Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zu unserer Transportabteilung und unseren Subunternehmern und arbeiten mit den Beteiligten zusammen, um die Konzepte abzustimmen
• Simulation interner Straßeninfrastruktur und weiterer für die Anlieferung erforderlicher Flächen 

Qualifikationen

• Technische Ausbildung mit Kenntnissen in der Bearbeitung komplexer technischer Sachverhalte
• Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse im Umgang mit schweren Bauteilen mit aktueller Kran- und insbesondere Transporttechnik 
• Fähigkeit, mit Streckenstudien zu arbeiten und die Ergebnisse in die Projektplanung einzubeziehen
• Erfahrung mit der Leitung von Baustellen in der Onshore-Windenergiebranche
• Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit MS-Office, AutoCAD, AutoTURN oder vergleichbarer Simulationssoftware
• Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist ein Plus
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
• Führerschein Klasse B
