Vestas Global Intelligence is part of Vestas Corporate Strategy and sits at the nexus of the Vestas Intelligence Community. Together, we discover and processes market information into actionable insights enabling our stakeholders to make better and faster decisions to effectively implement  Vestas corporate strategy; we provide new perspectives and facilitates organizational learning to support the organization identify opportunities and threats and emerging themes of strategic relevance; and we secure  alignment and synergies across the organization by facilitating information and best practice sharing, by co-developing insights and by centralizing procurement of external information.
 

Responsibilities

• Competitor and customer intelligence: News flow and performance monitoring - incl. analysis of financial results
• Market forecast: Facilitation, aggregation and dissemination of Vestas Market Forecast
• Vendor management: Manage day-to-day relations with external data and insights providers
• Knowledge sharing across the Vestas Intelligence Community and towards broader organization
• Ad hoc research and analyses

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, economics or similar
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in analytical research oriented roles
• Knowledge of and interest in the wind and broader renewables industry - perhaps from an asset owner, developer, turbine OEM, industry consultancy, financial institution or equivalent
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing - additional language skills will be a plus

Competencies 

• Proven analytical skills and ability to convey insights succinctly
• Solid commercial understanding and knowledge of financial statement analysis 
• Ability to build positive and effective relations with both internal and external stakeholders
• Motivation to take ownership and advance projects/assignments
