Digital Technology Solutions > Enterprise Platforms > PLM Area

 

You will work in the PTC Enterprise Platform. We are a team that supports both PTC Windchill and PTC ThingWorx. You will be part of the PLM area where we have full responsibility for the PTC systems. Therefore, we monitor our systems to be ahead of the end user when something happens.

We act as an advisor to the company to find a good and stable solution with them, which we can then use later. In this way, we can ensure that we only have good and smart solutions in place. At the same time, we own the roadmap of the PTC products and keep our systems as close as possible and reasonable to the PTC release dates. Last but not least, we run innovation projects on the latest PTC software releases to get a feel for them and use this in our consultations with the company. We work closely with PLM Products using the latest and greatest builds for all our PTC products. We work with almost all of PTC's products and IoT is our strategy to collaborate and share information between PTC products and third-party integration platforms.

Overall, we are a solid team of experienced IT architects, specialists and consultants in PTC, supported by other experts. Responsibilities

  • Design, release and support new features for Thingworx Navigate applications

  • Support Navigate apps development and release to production

  • Run the release process and engage with Business stakeholders

  • Support the transformation/enhancement of the current processes

  • Support the planning and performing of upgrades

 

Qualifications

  • Master's / Bachelor's in any engineering specialization

  • A Bachelors or Master in IT or relevant education and experience in PLM

  • Experience in supporting large-scale/global sites from a central remote location

  • Experience with IT deployment process

  • Experience working with PTC Thingworx & Windchill

  • Experienced in programming languages such as: JAVA, C#, SQL

  • Good business sense and focus on delivering comprehensive customer IT service through collaboration with both colleges, business stakeholders as well as suppliers

  • General knowledge and skills in supporting various IT technologies (Infrastructure and Systems)

  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills

  • Good written and oral English communications skills

 

Competencies

  • Solid experience working with PTC Thingworx & Windchill

  • Experienced in programming languages such as: JAVA, C#, SQL

  • Good business sense and focus on delivering effective customer IT service through collaboration with both colleges, business stakeholders as well as suppliers

  • Highly practical and able to make quick decisions in resolving critical incidents/issues

  • Expert reporting skills in both oral and written

  • Experience in collaborating with different nationalities is needed
