The department of Service Operation Support located in Bandırma, is part of a Global Service Operation providing services to customers at MENA&Türkiye. Main areas of responsibility is Technical Planning of Scheduled / Unscheduled / CIM service activities.The employee shall be opened towards the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate , decide and create work orders ( Scheduled , unscheduled ) from system ( SF & SAP ) for Service Operational tasks according to Vestas operational guidelines
• Consider customer specifics in technical planning (including customer entitlement )
• Triggering technical Support for complex jobs
• Upstream support role involved for quotation creation
• Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support ( who triggers task list creation & updates )
• Following the Agent Dashboards as a daily routine in order to progress technical planning , reporting and communication

Quaifications:

• Academic degree Bachelor level of Electrical & Electronical ( preferred ) or Mechanical
• Technical background and ideally experience on Wind Turbines
• Relevant service experience, fault-findings, technical document follow up,
• experience/certification on Sales Force or SAP

Competencies:

• Must possess influence and persuasiveness and have strong interpersonal skills
• Skills in business understanding and information/data analysis,
• Ability to adapt to an ever-growing environment.
• Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
• Capacity to prioritize several tasks and adjust workload accordingly.
• Risk management, problem solving and judgment capabilities.
• Being analytical according to changes and able to decide correctly with different parameters
• Ability to follow up in different countries and with multi-cultural teams.
