Head of Quality Finance

Quality Finance provides financial leadership and support to the Vestas Quality organization through Business Partnering and by providing financial information, analysis, insight & advice to make more informed decisions.  

Finance > Group Financial Performance > Quality Finance 

Quality Finance works closely together with the Quality Leadership Team and with colleagues in both Group Finance and Regional Finance. We are interacting with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted and value-adding business partner for the Vestas Quality Leadership Team and a key player in driving decisions to improve Quality
• Lead Quality Performance Management and Reporting
• Secure relevant KPIs, Tools and Processes to track Quality Performance for Vestas
• Responsible for Financial Controlling, Annual Budgeting and Monthly Forecasting for Vestas' Quality Organization
• Secure Financial Quality related Risk & Opportunity assessments for decision making processes in Vestas

Qualifications

• Experience as leader and in leading work and deliverables cross functionally
• A Master's or diploma degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance
• Experience within Performance Management and Financial Analysis, Planning and Forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and capable of handling complex issues and challenging the status quo 
• End-to-end process understanding and experience with optimization
• A Business Partner mindset and outstanding Cross Functional Collaboration skills
• Excellent Communication skills including fluency in spoken and written English
